Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, we collect your email address, subscription time and agreement to receive Ovid & Lane news. These are stored through Lovable Cloud to maintain our subscriber list. We do not sell your email address or send it to Meta through the Pixel. To withdraw newsletter permission, use the unsubscribe option in emails you receive or contact the boutique. Advertising permission is separate from newsletter permission.
Meta Pixel advertising measurement
We use the existing Ovid & Lane Meta Pixel (834633518886742) to report PageView visits to our coming-soon homepage. When permitted, Meta receives information including the visited page URL and referrer, visit time, browser and device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this information with your use of its services to measure advertising effectiveness under its own policies. This installation does not report purchases, carts, newsletter signups or other shopping actions, and does not send newsletter addresses or customer matching data.
Meta’s browser script may set or read advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Meta processes information on its infrastructure, potentially outside your country. Read Meta’s Privacy Policy for its handling and retention of information and available rights.
Your advertising choices
Where advertising consent is required, or your location cannot be determined, the Pixel does not load or send visits until you accept. Elsewhere, page-visit measurement may run without a banner, subject to your saved refusal and recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Accept and Reject are equally available. Close does not grant permission.
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw permission. Opening settings does not change your choice. Reject stops future Pixel events immediately and applies to other open tabs of this website. Previously transmitted information cannot be recalled; visits blocked before acceptance are not replayed. Withdrawal does not necessarily remove existing Meta cookies; you can delete those through browser settings.
Your browser stores a local consent record containing a random visitor reference, your choices and dates, country if known, and the notice text/version shown. Prior acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. These local records remain until browser storage is cleared; clearing it means we ask again where required. They are not sent to Meta as matching identifiers. We look up your country through our own website’s hosting service to apply regional defaults.
Essential services and your rights
Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and may use essential cookies. External social and Maps links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing or complain to a privacy regulator. We retain newsletter records while needed for subscriptions and related requests; we will update this policy if our website’s data practices change.
